The Rotary District 5650 annual meeting is scheduled for Thursday May 14 at 7:00 PM.  It will be conducted as a virtual meeting using the Go-To-Meeting platform.  All participants will be able to speak, vote and view documents with this online utility.
 
Any proposed resolutions or amendments to the District By-Laws are to be submitted to the District Governor, Brian Moon (bcmoon@me.com), no later than April 14, 2015. 
 
The documents needed for participation in the meeting were sent by email to voting delegates but can also be found in the Download Files section of this website.
 
According to District By-Laws, each club gets one vote, regardless of membership, for the first 25 members (or fewer if not 25). Then for each additional 25 members or fraction over 12, the club is authorized one more delegate. The club’s delegate(s) should be comfortable with an online meeting/webinar format. We will be sending out a tutorial on the meeting format sometime in April. The Rotary Club’s Board appoints the delegates.
