Effective January 1, there will be a new process for handling Semi-Annual Dues Payments to Rotary International.  There are only a few days left to make any necessary changes to your club membership.

Before January 1, membership data must be up to date - members added and dropped.

With the January 2015, Semi-annual process:
- - Clubs will no longer receive a packet of information for processing the Semi-Annual Dues - Clubs will receive only a simple invoice showing what is due.
- - You cannot add or delete members, you cannot adjust the invoice amount to be paid - you will pay the amount that you are billed . . . period.

One benefit is that this new Semi-Annual Dues payment process will be much easier. You receive the invoice and you paid it - that's it!

There are lots of good reasons to keep your membership information updated regularly. But, with this new process, it is critical.

There have been a number of e-mail messages about this new process from Rotary International over the past several months. The most recent:

If you need another copy of any of those email messages, please let me know (nklein2@neb.rr.com). I will do what I can to help you through this process.

Time is running out! - This needs your immediate attention!

*Note that members can regularly be added through your Club (if you use ClubRunner) and the District website.  That is preferred as that ensures that the information is accurate and available at both the International and Local levels.  Since there is a slight time delay any members recently added should be verified at Rotary International.
