Rotary District 5650 Annual Meeting
Registration is now open to anyone interested in participating in the webinar tonight for the Rotary District 5650 Annual Meeting (click here).Registrations were first taken for voting delegates representing the clubs.
Documents for tonight's meeting are found in the Home Page Download Files box at the bottom of the right column of this webpage.
The agenda for Thursday night is (see the Home Page Download Files for all documents except as noted):
- Report on Year End financials for 2014-2015. This will be posted during the meeting.
- Review of YTD financials for 2015-2016 (district-5650-ytd-pl contains the YTD financials).
- Approval of a District Budget and a District Youth Exchange Committee Budget. (BUDGET 2016-17 and District 5650 2016-2017 YE Budget (Youth Exchange).
- Replacement of the current Bylaws with new Bylaws. The new Bylaws have been in circulation for comment since early March. These four documents pertain to the bylaws discussion:
- Bylaws 5.17. This is a copy of the Bylaws currently in effect.
- District 5650 Bylaws Draft of April 12th 2016. This is the most recent draft of the new proposed Bylaws.
- Bylaws Comparison Document. This document provides a clause by clause comparison of the current and proposed Bylaws.
- District 5650 Questions raised during first portion of public comments. This document shows all of the comments that have been submitted since the proposed bylaws were put into circulation for review.
- Election of the District Governor, District Governor-elect, and District Governor-nominee.
