Rotary requests that Club Executives for each Rotary Year be defined and identified online by the end of December each year. Why? To help them with a successful Rotary Year.
Training for the upcoming Rotary Year can start as early as February.
The purpose of the training and emails is to help the Club Officers - to help ensure a successful leadership and Rotary Club.
To ensure your club and President-elect has every opportunity to be successful, get the officers in place by the end of December.
As a reminder, officer updates are made through ClubRunner - the District website or the Club (if your club has a subscription).
Do not enter directly at Rotary.org. Because we use integration between ClubRunner and Rotary.org, the information will "roll up" to Rotary.org from ClubRunner.
