I will be attending the International Assembly in Orlando, FL February 9-13th, along with 515 other District Governor-elects from around the world along with our incoming 2025-26 Rotary International President-elect, Mário César Martins de Camargo from Brazil! Looking forward to representing Rotary District 5650 as your incoming District Governor and bringing back his message to you!
One of my responsibilities as District Governor-elect is organizing the DTTS & PETS training that follows the International Assembly. This year's training sessions will be held in March. The details for those events can be found below.
You should be receiving emails from me with pre-training assignments for the upcoming training sessions. Please complete the assignments as I email them out to you each week and you will be ready to participate in the training sessions that we are preparing for you!

District team training seminar prepares assistant governors and district committee leaders for their roles and provides an opportunity to work on their district goals. This combination training seminar and workshop will give all a great headstart on the upcoming year.

President-elect Training Seminar (PETS) is the chance for Presidents-elect (and other future Presidents) of all Clubs in our District to get together and share ideas and concerns to help prepare them for a successful Rotary year.
Assistant Governors are also invited to attend lunch to allow them to start a working relationship with their Club Presidents and to understand the expectations of the Club Presidents.
