Does your Club have a subscription to ClubRunner for your Club Management? Access to additional aspects of the system do not automatically change when you define your Officers.
Each club decides the access level of the officers or others helping with the website. It is up to you to remember to do that with each new Rotary Year.

Officer access at Rotary.org and on the District Website is automatic based on their position as you define them. The Officer Positions defined on your club website affect only your club website.
