Club officers, watch for your 2026-27 District Dues invoice this month. You may notice that the amount is less than you’ve seen on past annual invoices, and that’s because District 5650 is changing the way dues are billed this year.
At our Annual Meeting in May, the District voted to divide the annual dues assessment into two billings. The first invoice, being sent this month, will include one-half of the $38 per-member assessment, based on your club’s membership as of July 1, along with the $100 per-club assessment.
A second invoice will be sent in February for the remaining half of the per-member dues, based on your club’s membership as of January 1. This brings our District billing schedule more closely in line with Rotary International’s billing schedule and allows changes in club membership during the year to be reflected in the second billing.
Invoices will be sent by District Treasurer John Gessert from treasurer@rotarydistrict5650.org and are payable upon receipt.
So, if your invoice looks a little different this year, don’t worry. It’s not a mistake, it’s our new twice-a-year billing schedule.
