Training for the 2026-27 Club Leadership starts soon so it is important to have the positions filled before then. Enter all Club Officers and Executives through ClubRunner.
Officer updates are made through ClubRunner - the District website or the Club (if your club has a subscription).
Do not enter directly at Rotary.org. Because we use integration between ClubRunner and Rotary.org, the information will "roll up" to Rotary.org from ClubRunner.
For Clubs that did not identify Club Presidents by the beginning of January, the current President was moved into that position.
At a minimum, please enter members for these positions (we understand in some cases the same person may serve multiple positions):
- Club President/President Elect/President Nominee
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership
- Public Image
- RI Foundation
- Polio
- Club Service Projects
- Club Programs Chair
- Club Executive Secretary
Where these positions are not filled by the first part of February, we will carry over the current members to those same positions to 2026-27. It is important to have someone in those positions to receive communication from the District and Rotary International.
