Global Grant Application Deadline – Friday, January 14, 2022
We have had a lot of interest from Clubs this year regarding Global Grants. We currently have more than $40,000 of DDF unallocated and available for Global Grants during this Rotary Year (2021-22). We want to treat any and all Club requests for Global Grants fairly, so we have set January 14, 2022 as the deadline for submitting completed Global Grant applications online at rotary.org for review by District 5650.

The goal is that, by that date, your Club’s application would be completed online, and there would have been an opportunity for a Grant Officer at The Foundation to have done a preliminary review by January 14. Authorizations would be obtained after the District gives its approval for use of DDF following the January 14 deadline.

If your Club is considering applying for a Global Grant this Rotary year, please reach out to Ed Walsh (Global Grants Chair) or Bill Harvey (District Rotary Foundation Chair) so they can help you with the necessary logistics involved in applying for a Global Grant – Don’t wait until the last minute! Please reach out to Ed (email Ed) or Bill (email Bill) as soon as possible if your Club is considering applying for a Global Grant.
