Greetings and Thank You Rotary Foundation Heroes! Yes, that means all our current Club leaders who have supported Foundation Giving, our incoming Club leaders who are preparing for a great Foundation year in 2021-22, anyone who has ever participated in a grant project, and most importantly all our generous Foundation Donors. Thank You!
Here are a few thoughts for (1) Donors, (2) Current Club Leaders, (3) Incoming Club Leaders, and (4) Grant Managers to help your Rotary Foundation Year finish strong, and next year get off to a great start:

Donors:
As we come into the last two months of the Rotary Year, now is a great time to make sure you achieve your personal Rotary Foundation giving goals for the year. Be sure to get your donation in by June 30 to achieve these giving levels:
  • Every Rotarian Every Year: $25
  • Paul Harris Sustainer: $100
  • Paul Harris Society: $1,000
Remember, we welcome any amount. The more you give, the more our District has available for Grants in the future. To make it easy, visit our Annual Fund page, where you can find:
  • How to give to Rotary online
  • Rotary’s Support Center number to give by phone (1-866-976-8279)
  • The Rotary Contribution Form to print and mail with a check
  • How to start or change automatic, recurring gifts with Rotary Direct
  • Club leaders can click "Donate" to give on behalf of their club or club members
If you log in and give through Rotary.org, you, your Club and our District will all receive the proper credit for the donation.
Current Club Leaders
You want to make sure that your goals for the year are met and you give your Club members every opportunity to meet their personal giving goals:
  • Check the status of your Club’s Foundation Giving Goals at Rotary Club Central.
  • Remind your members at Club meetings to donate to The Rotary Foundation before June 30.
  • Put a Foundation Giving Reminder in your Club newsletter.
  • Include an opportunity to give to The Rotary Foundation when you send out the dues notice for the coming year.
Incoming Club Leaders
The most important thing you can do is have a great plan for your year, which includes your plan for The Rotary Foundation:
  • Set your Club’s Foundation Giving Goals for the Year at Rotary Club Central.
  • Plan to include The Rotary Foundation at your weekly Club meetings.
  • Include an opportunity to give to The Rotary Foundation when you send out the dues notice for the coming year.
Grant Managers
If you are planning a District or Global Grant for the coming year, be sure to get your Club certified:
  • Attend one of the remaining Grant Management Seminars, May 6, or May 18 (see District website for details).
  • Make sure your incoming Club President sets Foundation Giving Goals for Annual Fund and Polio Plus, and sets a membership goal, in Rotary Club Central on Rotary.org.
  • Have your current and incoming Club president sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the District.
Thank you for everything you do for The Rotary Foundation! You are truly Doing Good in The World.
