District 5650 Governor Roxy Orr visited on October 22nd.
In the top photo President Rachel Reis (left) accepts a plaque recognizing Glenwood for placing 7th in the District Profile Program from Governor Orr (right). The Program recognizes the Top Ten Clubs out of the District's forty one whose activities best exemplify Rotary's five Avenues of Service - Community, International, Vocational, New Generations, and Club.
In the second Rachel accepts Rotary's prestigious Presidential Citation which recognizes Clubs whose activities supported Rotary International's strategic priorities.
Both awards recognized the Club's accomplishments during Past President Katelin George's 2019-20 Rotary year.
After the presentations Roxy spoke to the Club outlining her goals for the District and its Clubs during her, and Rachel's, 2020-21 Rotary year.
