Fill your Club Officer Roster and identify them on ClubRunner (your Club or the District website).
You may have received notification from Rotary that some of your officer positions have not been filled. Reminder:
Officer updates are made through ClubRunner - the District website or the Club (if your club has a subscription). There is a page to define executives for each Rotary Year.
Do not enter directly at Rotary.org. Because we use integration between ClubRunner and Rotary.org, the information will "roll up" to Rotary.org from ClubRunner.

Rotary International requests that Club Officers and Executives for each Rotary Year get established by 12-31. If a Club did not identify a Club President by the middle to end of January, the current President was moved into that position to ensure email information is received by your club.

We understand that in many clubs, one person may fill many of these roles.
At some point in the near future, where Club Executive positions have not been filled, we will move the Club President into that position. It is important to ensue that communications about that position are received by someone in the Club.
