Rotary International has outlined the list of Club Officers / Executives they want defined for each Club. These officers have access to screens and processes to manage the club. It is also important to know who to contact in each club with specific information.
Make the appointments through the District Website (ClubRunner) or your club website if your club has a ClubRunner subscription. That information then "rolls up" to Rotary International. DO NOT make any changes directly at Rotary.org. You can also report the changes to exec@rotarydistrict5650.org.
 
Here are the positions Rotary International is requesting:
Club President
Club Executive Secretary/Director (Optional)
Club Secretary
Club Treasurer
Club Foundation Chair
Club Membership Chair
Club Public Image Chair
Club Service Projects Chair
District Requested (in addition):
Club President-elect
Club Polio Plus Chair
Club Program Chair
 
If any position is not filled, we will copy the Club President in at some point to ensure communications pertinent to that job are received by the club. In the event there is no Polio Plus Chair, we will copy the Club Foundation Chair into that position.
 
Email reminders and confirmations will be sent to the Clubs prior to copying anyone into specific positions.
