(Did anyone else do the Michael Buffer yell when they read that?)

It is training season for the District and Club leaders. So, if you are on a District Committee (or would like to be, hint šŸ˜‰) or if you are a Club President Elect (or know one), or if you want a special prize keep reading.
Rotary training season is similar to hunting season only without guns, deer, sitting in cold stands, and um hunting other than that exactly the same, it has a starting date and an ending date and tons of fun in between. šŸ˜„ (the prize question is at the end but you have to read the rest of this to answer it!)

President Elect Training Seminar (PETS): March 20, 2021 9am-noon via Zoom
PETS is a Rotary International required training prior to serving as Club President. Okay, now that the official comment is madeā€¦this is an awesome opportunity to meet and share ideas with your President classmates. These are great relationships that last. You will learn about all the support and guidance you can receive from and offer to each other and from the District to lead your club effectively. We are here for you! It truly is the only reason the District exists is to support the Clubs.

There will be an 8-week pre-work roll out starting in late January. DONā€™T PANIC, it is easy and quick learning modules that you can do in the comfort of your bath robe. You will receive all the modules in late January so if you want to take a couple hours and ā€œcrank it outā€ you can, and we will be sending weekly reminders to complete a particular module along the way if that works better for you. I told you we are here for you! Also, the Education Team is setting it up to be a fun and engaging experience too. We do not do boring I promise!

Totally for fun, I have a gift for the first person to contact me who noticed the book/movie reference I made. And no, I hadnā€™t had any wine before writing this!
