The annual meeting of Rotary District 5650 will be held May 20, 2021 at 7:00 PM. More details are being sent by email.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Annual meeting, but the vote on items on the agenda will be done by electors.
Per the bylaws of Rotary District 5650, clubs are granted one elector for every 25 members. These electors represent the club’s voice on matters such as District Budget and election of District Officers. No club has less than one elector and the number of electors is rounded up or down to the nearest increment of members that is divisible by 25. For example: a club with 37 members is granted one elector and a club with 38 members is granted two electors.
