From Rotary International: The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect 25 May. Because Rotary staff members process the personal data of our European members, Rotaractors, program participants, and others, we’re obligated to comply with this new data privacy law.

Rotary International and ClubRunner have access controls in place to protect personal data. Rotary District 5650 uses the access controls designed by the systems and fully supports the controls that are in place.
Clubs and Members are to protect data - do not print or provide to those that do not have direct access (by logon to websites).
Clubs should also take care not to post photos or information to websites, Facebook, etc. without disclosure and/or consent.
