Rotary International has changed the list of Club Officers / Executives that they want defined. Make the appointments through the District Website (ClubRunner) or your club website if your club has a ClubRunner subscription. That information then "rolls up" to Rotary International.
Rotary International has added Public Image Chair and Service Projects Chair to the list of executives for each club. That means:
- - they are requesting that our clubs identify people in these positions
- - these officers will have the same access as the others at Rotary.org (to update Rotary Club Central, etc.)

ClubRunner provides integration with RI. The club officer information is to be entered on ClubRunner (either the district or club if you have a subscription). It then "rolls up" to Rotary International. The positions Public Image Chair and Service Projects Chair have been added to the RI Integration process in ClubRunner.

Here are the positions Rotary International is now requesting:
Club President
Club Executive Secretary/Director (Optional)
Club Secretary
Club Treasurer
Club Foundation Chair
Club Membership Chair
Club Public Image Chair
Club Service Projects Chair
District Requested (in addition):
Club President-elect
Club Polio Plus Chair

The screens (on ClubRunner) for identifying Club Executives have been adjusted to reflect the updates to these positions.
