Rotary International (RI) has instituted this communication policy:  in most cases “whenever RI sends something to one officer, it will go to all officers”.
 
The Officers "as identified by Rotary International" include: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Foundation Chair, Membership Chair, and Club Executive Secretary/Director (if applicable).  The members holding these positions must be identified (and authorized) by someone that is currently an officer.  It is suggested that the President or Secretary review the information at Rotary.org regularly to ensure the the members are identified for those positions.
 
Some things that you may have recently received as a Club Officer:
  1. Semi-Annual Dues Invoice - sent around Mid-July, due upon receipt.
  2. Notification of Goals updated on Rotary Club Central (if updated by anyone, everyone will be notified).
