The next session of the Rotary Leadership Institute is scheduled for November 9, but we are in danger of having to cancel. If you are interested in attending, please sign up today. We need to have at least 6 people to hold an RLI Session. So far, we have 5 people for Part 3 and 1 person for Part 2 and 1 for Part 1. We need you to register by November 5th to decide which sessions will be held.
For those of you who cannot make it to a fall RLI, the people in Crete and Seward are banding together and we plan on holding an event in Crete in March, April or early May. If you want to help choose the date, please fill out this Google form: https://forms.gle/x5KcYq7Wwx6EJae46. As soon as we can get at least 6 people for a date, we will post it for registration on the website.
If neither of these dates work for you, please create an account on the RLI website at rli-heartland.org and you will receive updates whenever a new class is scheduled.
For those unfamiliar with the Rotary Leadership Institute, it consists of three parts, each taken separately. The institute runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a cost of $50. Registration can be completed at www.rli-heartland.org under the Calendar menu.
- Part I: Ideal for all members, especially new ones, focusing on how to get more out of Rotary.
- Part II: Concentrates on giving back to your Rotary Club and enhancing its success.
- Part III: Explores Rotary beyond the club level and maximizes the benefits of being part of an international organization.
All parts emphasize Membership, Service Projects, and Creating Better Leaders.
