How to engage members . . .
Making our projects more successful . . .
Understanding the value of The Rotary Foundation . . .

When asked what participants want to get out of Rotary training and meetings, we hear things like the statements above.
Meeting all of those needs is a challenge - but there is an answer – the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI).

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) was designed to provide discussion and activity-based programs. There is time to go into detail on many topics.  It is not focused on a particular Rotary position but allows an opportunity for participants to truly discover Rotary.

RLI is a three-part program. Each RLI participant attends three one-day sessions.

Coming soon - an opportunity to participate in RLI Online.

You must participate in the full day to get credit.

We have been invited to join Rotary District 5520 (New Mexico and a few clubs in Texas).

All three Parts have been scheduled early in 2023 as follows:

RLI Part I - completed Saturday, January 28, 2023 by Zoom - participants from Rotary District 5650 included Andrew from Lincoln East, Warren from Omaha West and Dana from Plattsmouth. The session was active - lots of interaction - and sharing with Rotarians around the world. In this session besides New Mexico (the host district) and Nebraska (our members) we interacted with members from Haiti.
