With COVID restrictions abating it's time to reach out to Rotary members that have not been attending in-person meetings out of caution. Zoom participation has become an easy habit.
Why not organize a small group to personally reach out via phone to members that have stopped attending meetings in person. Also, you might brainstorm ideas for a special speaker at a meeting and then put extra effort into asking members to attend in person. Remember, part of the Rotary vision statement includes the words "people unite" -- this applies locally as well as internationally.
Let's work on getting local members back together in person where the best ideas are generated."
