One of the features for this year's district conference is the opportunity for each club to bring a display of community service projects.

Community service projects are a huge part of Rotary - and we'd love to see clubs sharing their ideas and experiences with all of the other clubs in the district.

Your club's display may feature one service project or many. It may be an electronic display on a laptop - or it may be a tri-fold poster board or display board. Please include some printed / displayed general information about the project or projects you feature so that other clubs can understand it. We will provide tables, table covering and and limited electrical outlets (let us know if you need an electric outlet in advance).

If you plan to have a display, contact us by March 15 (the earlier the better)
or

Displays will be open throughout the conference on Saturday. We hope that someone from your club might be at the booth during breaks to answer questions and provide additional information. Everyone at the conference needs to be registered.

Let us know if you have questions. We are excited about this awesome opportunity to see the many service projects that the clubs in our district are part of.

Thank you for all you do - now make some plans to show others!
