The Rotary Service Project Center (https://spc.rotary.org) is your hub for entering and managing service projects. Anything added here counts toward your club goals—so be sure to enter all your projects! Anyone in your club can submit a project, not just officers. (If you get an error on this page (https://spc.rotary.org), use the links across the top to navigate to the service project pages.)

Best Practices
  1. Enter only service projects. Avoid adding club activities like inductions, district events, or social gatherings.
  2. Tell the story. When possible, describe the planning, effort, and impact behind your project to inspire members, partners, and prospective supporters.
  3. Add photos. Projects with images receive more engagement.
  4. Update locations. Projects added/edited after 1 August 2024 use geolocation and appear on the interactive map—update older ones so they’ll show up too.
  5. Earn RCC “service projects” achievements.
  • The goal must be set in Rotary Club Central.
  • Projects must be completed within that Rotary year (e.g., ending 15 Sept 2025 counts for 2025–26).
What’s New
  1. Faster, improved user experience
  2. Fully mobile‑friendly
  3. All current club officers can edit, copy, or delete projects
  4. Google Maps integration for accurate locations and “Projects Near Me”
  5. A growing Resources page for service and grants information
  6. A new Impact page and interactive game (Psst…take the quiz and send your score to Gretchen Bren to win a prize!)
Fun Facts
  • The Service Project Center replaced Showcase and project entry in Rotary Club Central in 2023.
  • Starting in 2023, service project achievements are earned only through the Service Project Center—no more duplicate entries.
  • Centralizing project entry improves data quality and allows all club partners to receive credit on the same project.
  • The platform is open to both members and the public, helping inspire project ideas and showcasing Rotary’s impact to prospective members, donors, and partners.
