Have you ever thought about your legacy? A loving/supportive parent, one who built up your community/place of worship with your time/talents … a member of the larger world community interacting with people on the far corners the globe. (Be sure to read more to learn of a special incentive.)
I am sure you, as a Rotarian, have touched countless lives and have made a real major difference to many. But have you ever thought about leaving a legacy to Rotary which will make a difference to the work we do with a gift to the Rotary Foundation’s Endowment Fund?
And yes, whether you know it or not the Endowment Fund helps us today. Thanks to gifts by those who went before us we used income from the Endowment Fund, designated to our District, to fund some of our district grants every year-yes, a gift to the endowment is truly “a gift which keeps on giving.”
How can you support the endowment? Rotary offers several ways for you to do so:
Benefactor -by contributing $1,000 to the Rotary Endowment now or list the Rotary Endowment in your will.
Major Donor -by providing a gift of $10,000 in cash, securities to the Rotary Endowment.
Member of the Bequest Society by earmarking $10,000 from your estate to the Rotary Endowment.
To create a “Rotary Legacy” why not make a gift to the Rotary Foundation Endowment Fund during Rotary Foundation month.
Now as an added incentive, thanks to some generous donors, we are offering a full Paul Harris Fellowship - to you or the person of your choice - if you make a major gift ($10,000 or more) or become a member of the Bequest Society ($10,000 or more from your estate) from Oct 13-Nov 30, 2023.
