I don’t know about you, but this Rotary year is flying by for me. It seems like yesterday I was attending the International assembly, conducting our District team training, President-elect training and One Rotary Summits.
WE’RE FULL - Rotary Family students including Youth Exchange Students are at 22 , 9 reservations for at-large students, and 19 reservations for club vetted students.
The UNL Rotaract Club is passionate about completing their Wheelchair Project. They need only $3,000 of their $18,000 to finish. Can you / your Club help? Each wheelchair costs only $150.
A variety of awards are available to recognize the work of Rotarians, Rotary Clubs, and our Partners in Service.
We are now taking nominations for the Excellence in Service Award (for non-Rotarians) and Significant Achievement Award (for Club projects). The nominations are due February 15.
The Columbus Noon Rotary Club has been providing service for 100 years. If you can join the 100-Year Anniversary Celebration on March 26, please RSVP by March 12.

The Rotary Citation awarded by Rotary International helps ensure that clubs are strong in several core areas. It should be very achievable for most clubs in our district.
The new Rotary year is fast approaching and I’m excited to have such enthusiastic Rotarians leading our clubs and district. The district training team is hard at work to create a fresh approach in which to inspire, inform and build a solid base in which we can “make Rotary memorable”.

Clubs in Rotary District 5650 are asked to share information about events if those events are open to everyone (such as fundraisers) or will impact district leadership (such as District Governor). Event information can be posted to the District Calendar and the District Website.
