Rotary International has requested that the Club President and all other Club Officers and Executives for each Rotary Year get established by 12-31.
Officer updates are made through ClubRunner - the District website or the Club (if your club has a subscription). There is a page to define executives for each Rotary Year.
Do not enter directly at Rotary.org. Because we use integration between ClubRunner and Rotary.org, the information will "roll up" to Rotary.org from ClubRunner.
If a Club has not identified a Club President by the middle to end of January, the current President will be moved into that position to ensure email information is received by your club.
