Met the D4370 GD Pedro Julio Hernandez and GDE Yupnexa Rojas, the D4380 Jesus Blanco and GDE Auristher Pinto, the CRLFR Zone 25A Felipe Meza and the DRI Salvador Rizzo Tavares, to define the initiative of Support Venezuela, with the goal of being able to help in everything necessary to the inhabitants and Rotarians of the beloved country of Venezuela, after having impacted them by the earthquakes on June 25 and having left a trail of terrible material and human damage.
Below are the proposals and agreements manifested by the participants;
1. It was agreed that, at this time, the most important thing is that all processes be conducted in an organized manner and under the leadership of the District Governors 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 of the D4370 and 4380, and that they are supported decisively in all that is requested of us. 2. A Special Committee was established by Zone 25A to attend to all supports outside Venezuela, led by the CRLFR Felipe Meza, Tel. +52 656 302 3986 and email: felipemezachavez1968@gmail.com who will designate a structure of rotaries that will help him. The DRI Salvador Rizzo Tavares will maintain constant communication and provide support to the Special Committee.

5. It was approved to receive contributions through Shelter Box, according to the information detailed in the flyer attached to this document.
6. 5 addresses were defined as rotary accumulation centers: 3 in Venezuela (Caracas, Barquisimeto and Valencia) and 2 in Cúcuta, Colombia, according to the data on the attached flyer.
7. In-kind donations are requested to be primarily as follows:
a. First Aid Kits
b. Non-perishable food in good condition
c. Canned
d. Bottled drinking water
e. Personal hygiene products
f. Cleaning items
g. Basic medicines in effect
h. Formula Milk
i. Candles , lanterns
j. Sheets, Blankets.
k. Diapers for children and adults
l. Carrying boxes
m. Garbage bags
8. For the sorting, storing and distribution of products, a team will be provided and in addition, you will be required to make tarps and labels with the Rotary logo.
9. It was reported that Trustee Carlos Sandoval is helping to process the Large-Scale Disaster Response Grant for a maximum of $200,000 USD, and that each of the two districts of Venezuela is processing the Disaster Response Grant of $25,000 USD.
10. Other districts and Rotarians outside Venezuela will be asked to explore the possibility of awarding a $25,000 USD Disaster Response Grant to beneficiaries of Venezuela's districts.
11. Finally, the Special Committee will announce the actions to follow, either through meetings via Zoom or written committees.
