Now more than every Rotarians are craving connecting with other Rotarians. People miss seeing and talking with each other. To increase connections consider integrating a networking item on the agenda.
Most clubs are utilizing Zoom and with a couple settings changed you can turn a meeting from listening to interacting (fellowship).
If you’d like to try it, carve out 10 minutes of the meeting and randomly assign attendees into a pod of 4 people. The 4 people will have 10 minutes to network, interact, and connect with each other. Before the 10 minutes start have the group answer a question. After the 10 minutes the pods of four people will gather with all the attendees.
Successful questions relate to the speaker, Rotary trends, holidays, or happenings.
