Enter the names of your 2020-21 Club Officers online so that the District and Rotary International has that information.
If your club has a subscription to ClubRunner, information is entered there and it will also reflect to the District. If you do not have a Club subscription, logon to www.rotarydistrict5650.org so that it is recorded at the District.
All information entered on ClubRunner - club or district - will "roll up" to Rotray.org.
Please enter these officers as a minimum:
President (2020-21)
President-elect (President 2021-22)
Secretary
Treasurer
Foundation Chair - The Rotary Foundation
Membership Chair
Public Image Chair
Polio Chair
The District and RI wants names in these positions to ensure clubs receive important communications about these areas. If there are any vacant positions as of the end of June, the District Administrative Assistant will enter the name of the President in those unfilled positions. (In the case of Polio, The Rotary Foundation Chair will be entered in any of those unfilled positions.)
