Clubs must have entered information by June 30, 2023. But is that when the tracking is finalized? How about July 1?

Activities, and entries for tracking, are through June 30. However, Rotary International needs time to finalize transactions and member changes made at the end of the Rotary Year (June 30).

Typically the Rotary Citation Report can be viewed through the end of June. But that is NOT the final report. It is disabled while Rotary finishes their work. It will be posted again and the District will be notified when finalized. In fact it appears, if you look at the Rotary Citation report today at Rotary.org it is the information for the 2023-24 Rotary Year.

About the Rotary Citation

The Rotary Citation award recognize the hard work clubs do throughout the year. Taking action toward achieving the citation goals helps clubs engage their members, stay relevant in their communities, and run more efficiently. A welcoming and engaging club also reflects the values of Rotary. When clubs achieve citation goals, they contribute to the overall health and culture of Rotary for generations to come.

Your Rotary club can earn a Rotary Citation for achieving goals that strengthen Rotary and your club. Goals include increasing club membership, developing sustainable service projects, giving to The Rotary Foundation, and building awareness of Rotary in your community.

Rotary Citation goals can be found in Rotary Club Central. To achieve the Rotary Citation, review the available goals, select at least 13, achieve those goals, then report your achievement in Rotary Club Central.

All activities need to be completed by 30 June.
