The District Annual Meeting will be held on May 12th at 7pm via Zoom for delegates. Others can see it on Facebook Live - https://www.facebook.com/RotaryDistrict5650. It is at this meeting that delegates from each club (based on club size—1 per 25 members) approve the 2022-23 budget, confirm DGE and DGN, and select at large District Board members.

Does your Club have a subscription to ClubRunner for your Club Management? Access to additional aspects of the system do not automatically change when you define your Officers.
Rotary clubs and districts are provided with general liability and directors & officers/employment practices liability insurance through the U.S. Rotary Club and District Liability Insurance Program. Emails are sent from Rotary International to Club Officers periodically. Most recently we received information about Fireworks and Liquor. Read more for details.
Rotary International has outlined the list of Club Officers / Executives they want defined for each Club. These officers have access to screens and processes to manage the club. It is also important to know who to contact in each club with specific information.
Access it using the same logon as on the District (or Club) website. There is a section for your Club and a section for the District where you can find information about Clubs in the District and even search the members.
The District Directory information is available online to ALL ROTARIANS in Rotary District 5650. Select My District Rotary then District Directory. You will be required to logon* to view the directory.
