The Grant Management Seminars for 2026-27 are done! To qualify to enter a grant project you need to get certified.
You can find all of the details on the District Website->The Rotary Foundation->Grants page (click here).
But, to get started, your club and members need to get certified as required to apply for a District Grant. You will not be able to submit a grant project until you are certified - so don't wait.
- - At least two members needed to attend Grant Management Seminars (GMS)
- - Goals must be set for 2026-27 in Rotary Club Central (at Rotary.org/My Rotary)
- - You can set those now - no need to wait; you can adjust the goals later if needed
- - Clubs must set the six priority goals listed at the top of the Goal Page of Rotary Club Central
- - The Club must complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- - The 2026-27 MOU is on the District Website - Grants Page
- - Complete the fields - including the Club Name
- - The MOU is signed by the Club President 2025-26 and 2026-27
- - Repeat President?
- - Sign in both President boxes
- - Another Club Officer should complete the boxes below the President boxes
- - Ideally that additional Club Officer is the Club Treasurer
- - Be sure that the Club understands the MOU
Once certified, the Grants Module will be open for entry.
Logon to the District Website (https://rotarydistrict5650.org/). Go to Member Area/Admin. Once there select the Grants link. Then Submit a Grant Project link.
The opening page - be VERY BRIEF.
Go back and complete the Application link to enter the details. And, then the Budget link to submit your budget.
