Consider honoring a member of your club for their service by nominating them for the Rotary District 5650 Cadwallader Award - the highest award for service presented by our District. Nominations are due August 15, 2025.
Rotary's Service Above Self Award honors members who help others by volunteering their time and talents. The District Governor will submit one nomination to Rotary International after receiving initial nominations from the Clubs.
August is Rotary Membership and New Club Development Month, a period dedicated to celebrating the people who power Rotary and to encouraging growth through new members and clubs. This month is both a celebration and an invitation to reflect, share, and look ahead.
RYLA 2025 will be September 26-28, 2025, at Camp Calvin Crest in Fremont! District 5650 is once again partnering with Launch Leadership to present RYLA - Powered by Launch!
The 2025-26 Rotary District 5650 Fall Conference will be held October 17-18, 2025 (Friday/Saturday) at the Scott Conference Center, 5450 Pine Street, Omaha, NE 68106. The District Conference will be centered around next year's 2025-26 Rotary Presidential message "Unite For Good".
For the 2025-26 Rotary Year, there were 27 District Grant Projects Awarded. Total grant funds paid to the clubs = $50,223 for projects valued at a total of $124,261. With some grants involving multiple clubs, there are 29 clubs involved in the projects.

It is a new Rotary Year - and time to remove the 2024-25 theme logo - The Magic of Rotary. Rotary announced that there are no longer annual themes, but there is a President Message this year (above).
